RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take great care in the quality of our pieces and hope each item brings you lasting enjoyment. However, if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return.
Return period: within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the item does not match the description or was damaged during delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 14 calendar days using the same payment method as for the original purchase.
The customer may provide a document confirming the shipping cost of the returned item.
Please note that handmade pieces may feature natural variations in shape, tone, and texture, which are not considered defects.
